Having to go through a lot of processes can be annoying for a user. A search box is also a wonderful tool that helps a user find what he's looking for without difficulty. Just by typing a keyword, the user can view a corresponding list of results of products or services found in your site. Thus, the user doesn't have to go through every categories and sub-categories to find what he needs. Of course, arranging your content in different categories and in alphabetical order also contributes to your website's organization.

Provide a link that a user can just click on if he wants to send an inquiry, a complaint, or a suggestion via e-mail. Place the link where the user can easily see it. Lastly, make sure that all the links in your website are properly working. It is very annoying for a user to click on a link that captures his interest, only to find that the page does not exist.

Regularly update your pages.

Updating a website is very important especially for business sites. It's also great to feature a different product for each month so people can get to see something new in your site with each visit. Always make sure that you are providing your readers fresh and new articles about topics related to your business. It would be great to offer a bonus, a freebie or a discount from time to time. Polls and contests also enliven a website and encourage visitors to your site to interact and give a share. All these can be used to give your website something new to offer each time.
